Katie & Tom – ENGAGED {Philadelphia Portrait Photographer}

June 21, 2010

Katie, Tom and I met on a hot and hazy Sunday morning for some engagement fun!  Our last attempt was foiled by the bike race, but good things come to those who wait!  These two rolled out of bed on Sunday, after moving all day on Saturday, dug their clothes out of various boxes and came to the shoot ready for some fun!  We met in Rittenhouse Square, and then moved on to LOVE Park and the Art Museum. We had a great time, despite the heat, and I can’t wait to see them again for their wedding next year.

We decided that the Phanatic statues were just as good as shooting at Citizens Bank Park, and made it our mission to find as many as we could in the areas we were shooting in.

I just love that morning light that comes through the trees in Rittenhouse!

We made a quick stop at LOVE Park…

And then it was off to the Art Museum!  We all had to put our feet in the fountain in the end…I’m learning that my favorite part of summer shooting in Philadelphia is the abundance of fountains to jump in!

    Love the shots with the Phanatic, and I bet that fountain was a nice cool way to cool off (as well as get some awesome shots!!)
